We always strive hard to reunite you with your lost goods. If you are contacting us over a missing item, use the drop down menu provided, and please describe the item with as much detail as possible - including the date you visited and where you had last seen the item.
 

Please note that we may not be able to follow up your lost property request until the Thursday following a weekend; however we will strive to reply via email as quickly as possible to reunite you with your item/s. We cannot take lost property requests via our Facebook or Instagram messages.
 

To prevent you loosing your favourite jacket or bag we provide a fully staffed Cloak Room. You must always cloak large bags and jackets. Please note all found items left in public areas may have been taken to the cloak room by staff or security.
